Men Summer Basketball League in Dorchester Neighborhood - J.W.B.L. | Starting June 13 2026

Located in Dorchester, MA at Winthrop Playground (21 Danube St. Boston, MA 02125), come join my Neighborhood every Saturday Starting 6/21/25 from 2pm to 7pm for some fun in the Park while watching some very competitive BBall Games. A day for all ages to enjoy the Neighborhood, watch some BBall Games, eat some Food, & enjoy some Corn Hole. Students from Beantown CS Dojo will be using their Drone Piloting Skills & Video Record the Prime Time Games using the Drones, will also edit Videos after during Class Time.

Upcoming CS EDU w/Drones & Basketball Developmental League for Youth Ages 8 - 18 - Creating Youth Opportunities (CYO)

Located in Dorchester, MA at Winthrop Playground (21 Danube St. Boston, MA 02125), come join my Neighborhood every Saturday Starting 6/14/25 from 10am to 1pm for some CS EDU w/Drones, if your child wants to develop some good BBall Skills as well as teamwork & confidence building sign them up for CYO. We are all about Fun in the Park while also stimulating the mind with some Drone Tech & Video Editing. We start at 8 years old up to 18 years old, different levels depending on interest in Drones, Confidence, & willing to Learn. Best part is it is FREE we just want to see more people that come from this Neighborhood involved in CS EDU. We are looking to be done on August

WEEZY DAY - Come Join the Winthrop Playground Neighborhood in CELEBRATING the LIFE of Dwayne "WEEZ" Thomas A Neighborhood Legend | The Saturday of the week September 13th 2026

Located in Dorchester, MA at Winthrop Playground (21 Danube St. Boston, MA 02125). Us at Winthrop Playground Community consider this a block party & this year we will be getting access to shut down the street and have Bouncy Houses and entertainment for Weezy, will be shutting down the block this year. FREE Food, FREE Drinks (Non-Alcoholic), 3 Point Contest, Skills Challenge, Raffles, & Much Much More. Date is set for September 13th 2025.

Youth Opportunities Development Achievers (YODA)

Located in Roxbury, MA at the Urban League of Eastern MA (ULEM), 88 Warren St. Boston, MA 02119. Here at YODA Eki Teixeira (Founder) teaches the Youth Ages 13 - 18 STEM related topics, every Saturday from 10am to 2pm Eki is at ULEM teaching Drones, Cyber Security, AI, AR/VR, & we just added Project Ready which helps Students prepare for College.
